Dana German
Dana German is the Interim Vice President and Chief Information Officer (CIO) at the University of Virginia. German has been with UVA for 10 years, most recently serving as the Associate Vice President & Deputy CIO.
As the interim leader of the central IT organization, she is responsible for overseeing the planning and delivery of central IT applications, infrastructure, support, information security, IT policy, and research computing for the University.
German has more than twenty-seven years of success in higher education IT leadership roles, including previous appointments at the University of Mary Washington, West Chester University of Pennsylvania, and Albright College.
