Mentoring
Project mentoring &/or review needs are identified by the CIO leadership sponsor and can be provided via the following methods:
- Regularly scheduled reviews by IT Project Management Office
- “Phone a Friend” – CIO leadership sponsor &/or PM calls in an IT Project Management Office as needed
